We are writing this letter to highly recommend Bill Stenberg as a home contractor / builder.  Bill built are current home here in Severance CO in 2018 and we really enjoy the quality of this home.

He was closely involved with both of us and his sub-contractors.  He displayed a high level of professionalism, experience, dedication and commitment to quality throughout the design / build and closing.

Bill did a great job of cultivating a teamwork-oriented atmosphere and worked well with the team to find solutions to problems and overcome those problems and challenges.

Bill has great integrity and is one of the best, if not the best contractor or builder we have worked with.

We would highly recommend utilizing Bills talents.

Jim and Sherry, Severance CO 80524

It is my pleasure to recommend the building services of William (Bill) Stenberg. I have known Bill is a variety of capacities for over 12 years. My initial introduction to Bill, and his building operations, was when I was a member of the Subfranchisor Team for CO/WY /KS/UT.

Through my interaction with Bill, I witnessed an Owner/Builder who possessed a vast knowledge of the building industry, building code compliance and the evolution of processes/procedures/products. In addition to his knowledge, I was struck by his professionalism and integrity. He understands, and appreciates, the investment clients are entrusting in him and his expertise. He not only builds a beautiful product, he also builds relationships with his clients and takes immense pride in his finished product. He is fair, efficient and well-respected by peers, vendors, and subcontractors alike.

I wholeheartedly recommend Bill as a qualified, reputable Builder. Feel free to reach out should you have questions/concerns or require additional information.

We have had the privilege of knowing Bill Stenberg whom we have known as our builder, neighbor, and friend for five years.

As our builder, Bill far exceeded our expectations and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. His attention to detail, prompt response time, extremely dedicated, and forward-thinking made our building process easy.

In the five years that we have known and worked with Bill, we have developed an enduring respect for both his work ethic and his problem-solving abilities. We can confidently say that Bill would make a positive and beneficial addition to your company and he has our highest recommendation.
